BOOKING

Once you have securely booked, we will review your details and if approved, you will receive a further confirmation email with an onboarding questionnaire ensuring the class is suitable.

You will receive a cancellation notice and a full refund if not approved. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class.

If you are traveling by car, on arrival at Richard Hall House, please park in the car park located at the end of the building. The main building entrance is closed after 17:00 and so you will need to enter via the side fire exit doors located by the car park. One of our team will greet you at the doors. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable sitting or lying down in and layering so that you can adjust to the temperature of the room. All equipment e.g. cushions, mats, and props are provided.

Cancellation

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior, however, any appointments canceled 48 hours or less prior will not receive a refund.

Yes, our website is protected by a SSL which means the website is fully secure even on non-shopping pages.

We securely accept all major credit cards using STRIPE as the payment gateway.
