Kambo Diary
Our Kambo Practitioner documents a recent cleansing experience.
Today I did Kambo with Kam, I’d tried Kambo several times before with other practitioners, but wow this was different. This man just went right into the questioning, he just made me take a double turn on myself. As we spoke I felt this energy inside me, that felt like a stopper. We started the session and he did the gates. I drank 1.5 litres of mineral water within 15 minutes. The room was comfortable, with music, candles, sage etc.
As soon as he applied the Kambo, I felt it rush to my shoulders and the back of my neck, I started feeling an intense heat in my body. He told me to breathe, I closed my eyes to breathe and relax. The next thing you know, I was flying in some other dimension. I heard him say my name again and again. I’m my head I was thinking: who’s he calling?

Within 10 minutes I’m purging, both ways. It was yellow and intense. In 20 minutes I had purged. Came back to the room and at this point I’m feeling great, went to purge twice again. Now it was 40 minutes in and I’m laughing, talking and feeling lighter. So decided to eat, and purged again 3 times. I felt my forehead pulsating and a surge of energy shifting. How I feel is, like something big has been shifted from me, I feel free in my head. I can feel this great flow and I’m feeling happy. This is the best Kambo ceremony I’ve ever had. Thank you so much.
Day 1
After the Kambo, I feel great, light. I had the best sleep. Feeling fresh. To be prepared for my cleanse, I had set up my home so that I could relax the day after to allow myself to stay in the medicine. My head hurts, that’s due to a major cleanse, the Neuro-peptides had a major cleanse. So today I’m doing everything I love, avoiding any people and tasks that would unsettle me.
Kambo is known to be like a computer being reset to its original settings, so now it’s up to me what programs I upload onto it. So a slight headache and a chill day for me. Thank you. Loving the flow.
