How Remote Sessions Work

We arrange a convenient time for an optional phone or video call (Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.). You do not need to be online for the work to proceed - we can arrange a time to complete the healing.
If you wish to be online
- You settle in a quiet, comfortable space at home with no special setup needed
- We begin with a conversation about your situation
- Using guided relaxation, we assess your energy field remotely and proceed with the release process exactly as in-person: identifying attachments, compassionate dialogue if required, resolution, and sealing with protective light
- You'll stay fully aware and in control throughout
After the session, I send follow-up notes and any grounding recommendations

The approach remains compassionate, non-confrontational, and focused on healing for both you and any released energies.
